A stack of used technology devices from the 130th Airlift Wing await pickup by a local school in Charleston, W.Va. as a part of the SecondLaunch Program Nov. 28, 2017. The SecondLaunch Program was designed by the West Virginia Department of Education and uses technology donated from may different businesses and organizations for repurposing into schools across the state.
