130th Airlift Wing adds two new Chiefs to its ranks
Chief Master Sgt. John Lowe passes the symbolic “Jeep Chief” truck to Chief Master Sgt. P. Wayne Hughes during Hughes’ promotion ceremony held June 3, 2017 at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston, W.Va. The “Jeep Chief” is the newest promoted chief on base and is symbolic of a newly promoted individual in the military.
