60th Anniversary of C-47 crash that killed 21 W.Va. guardsmen memorialized

The April 8, 1951 cover from the Charleston Daily Mail reports on the crash of a C-47B Skytrain cargo plane that was carrying 21 airmen from the West Virginia Air National Guard 167th Fighter Squadron.
